Melissa Salm
Melissa oversees a wide range of administrative and operational functions, including payroll, invoicing, calendar management, and marketing support. She also collaborates closely with the WGSL team on key business decisions as she deepens her expertise in the document management industry.
With a background spanning customer service, accounting, sales, and marketing, Melissa brings versatility and strong organisational skills to the team. She holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA.
Brent Reid
Manager of Development & Support
Brent brings 25 years of IT experience focused on understanding user needs and delivering tailored solutions. He has led development teams for interactive websites and online banking platforms, and has implemented document and records management systems for clients including the DoD, US Treasury, IMF, and public companies.
Today, Brent helps design and oversee the development of security tools like Guardian for eDOCS—WGSL’s flagship solution for protecting sensitive documents from insider threats.
